How do I find/configure Privacy Groups (and Filters)?

How do I find/configure Privacy Groups (and Filters)?

I can see that I get to set post/conversation permissions as Public, Private, or a Privacy Group (seems like "Friends" is currently the only group I have), but I can't seem to find where I would create more Privacy Groups. How do I do this?

I am also having a hard time finding where to set up Filters for my Stream.

you'll have to install the Privacy Groups app

Install/enable the Privacy Groups app. Then you can both create and modify privacy groups. There's also the Contact Roles app that has a somewhat (but not quite) overlapping functionality.

Go to the app menu (on the very right-hand end of the navbar), then Apps, then Available Apps. Scroll down to Privacy Groups. Click "Install". Then you should have it.

Ok, I installed the App, and now that "have it" link works, but it isn't clear to me how I navigate to the same page via the interface. Can you elaborate slightly more?

@dynamic_hubzilla That's one part where I think we need to improve the UX a bit...

When you are at the installed apps page, you can pin the app to your app menu by clicking the star icon, or the navbar at the top by clicking the pin icon. (Or even both if you prefer.) Then you can navigate to it via the pinned location.
