Adding channel list to upper left pull-down menu?

Some time ago, someone told me how to set up my main Hubzilla channel so that my user pull-down menu on the upper left would display a list of channels to select from.

I'd now like to set up my other channels to display this list as well, but I can't seem to find how I set that up.

Can someone remind me?

(I'd also welcome any words of wisdom on finding older posts to the Hubzilla Support Forum so that I can avoid duplicating questions.)

@dynamic_hubzilla Not that I'm aware of, but if you have some suggestions, we could add a scheme with better contrast to the redbasic theme.

I find the Friendica navigation icons easier on the eyes ( https://fediverse.party/img/screenshots/friendica-1.png).

I'm not sure how much of this is that more of the Friendica icons are white (not off-white / grey) and how much is that the Friendica icons are solid rather than outlines.

In general, I tend to struggle with the spidery sans serif font that seems to be used on a lot of web tools these days, and I do better with the same font if it is in boldface.
