Follows / Follow backs

On other platforms starring, #follows and #followbacks is integral to the platform. Would I be right in thinking a :-) does the same thing. n.b. I'm using 'antique' kit.

Do you mean ‘following a communication/thread’?

Then a like/dislike or an emoji reaction is enough to notify you of subsequent comments etc. You can switch this off via the post menu (‘at the bottom right of the post’) if you no longer wish to ‘follow’ the thread.
