Bug202408171022 delivery report indicates attempt to post content at non selected connections
Scenario:
Channel 1 has a public profile, 'channel1publicprofile'
A private profile is created within channel 1, 'privateprofileA'
Connections are added to 'privateprofileA'
'channel1publicprofile' creates a new post
Permissions for the post are changed to:
'advanced', 'custom selection'
connections selected as:
'privateprofileA', 'allow'
'connection X', 'allow'
'channel1publicprofile', 'do not allow'
content is posted.
'bicycle gear' icon of post is selected, 'delivery report'
report shows:
'accepted for delivery'
'permission denied'
...for a number of connections that were _not_ selected at the time to change permissions of the post
