Kann mich mal jemand aufklären ?

⚠️ Iceshrimp.social shutting down ⚠️ Iceshrimp.social has now been running for a whole year. I've always enjoyed running the instance and providing a platform for those interested in Iceshrimp. However, I've recently been going through a tough <br />time with depression, and managing and financing the instance mostly on my own has become increasingly difficult for me. After much thought, I’ve decided to close down Iceshrimp.social. I'm sorry for this spontaneous notice and any inconvenience it may <br />cause, but I just need to take a step back and focus on my mental health right now. Vielleicht muss ich ne Eigene hosten dann

Bitte ggf. bedenken: Du kannst derzeit nur ein "ältere" version installieren, soweit ich weiß. Iceshrimp wird derzeit komplett von Grund auf neu geschrieben (C# / .NET). Wenn Du dann eine (wohl aktuell gehaltene) letzte "Alt"version betreibst und nutzt, ist ggf. nicht sichergestellt, dass Du auf die neue Version migrieren kannst.
Wie zügig die Neuentwicklung vonstatten geht, weiß ich nicht.

@Sky for Harris Na ja... ist jetzt halt noch eine Beta-Version. Zum Ausprobieren sollte man die schon nutzen können. Und ein Update auf die erste Release-Version dürfte doch eigentich dann doch auch klappen.
Wenn Du meinst, Iceshrimp könnte dauerhaft was für Dich sein oder Du einfach neugierig bist... warum nicht einfach ausprobieren?
