Please what is the difference between these 2 functions, in the content that is controlled?

Block blocks the connection in both directions. The contact will no longer receive your posts, and you will no longer receive theirs.

Ignore is similar to ‘mute’ on other services. Whilst you will no longer receive their posts, they can still receive yours.
